Who publishes this site
Eagle Tech Solutions, Mogadishu. BoardDesk is its product. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract on its own.
What the screens show
Every product screen on this site was captured from a demonstration board created for the purpose. The institution, the directors, the papers and the decisions in those images are invented. No real board’s data appears anywhere on this website.
The vote-and-seal demonstration in the security section runs entirely in your browser. It stores nothing and sends nothing.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, and product capability changes as the platform is built. Where a claim matters to a decision you are making — a security control, a retention period, a regulatory framework — ask us for it in writing and we will confirm it in writing.
Intellectual property
The BoardDesk name, the seal, the writing and the interface designs on this site belong to Eagle Tech Solutions. You are welcome to quote or link to this site with attribution.
Availability
This is a marketing site and carries no availability commitment. Service levels for the application are set in each institution’s agreement.
